Markers

I need to get the GenBank accession numbers from such markers in a batch mode, rather than individually.

You can specify as many marker names as you like in the search. Just separate them with commas, e.g.: D00170,D00641,D101181.

Why can't I find the genome postition for well-known marker in Gramene?

I want to know what the sequence of the product amplified by a certain marker.

Search for the marker in the markers database. The marker detail page will provide the forward and reverse primers, as well as a link to GenBank for sequence information.
